Job Description :

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and deliver financial product features end-to-end, from backend APIs and database design through modern frontend interfaces. The role requires strong expertise across Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, event-driven systems, and modern web application architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and deliver features end-to-end, from API design and backend development to frontend implementation and deployment

- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs

- Build and maintain PostgreSQL database schemas, migrations, and optimized SQL queries

- Develop event-driven workflows and distributed system architectures

- Create modern, responsive, and data-intensive user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

- Ensure end-to-end type safety and API contract consistency across applications

- Integrate backend services with AI agents, workflow engines, and other internal systems

- Implement and maintain multi-tenant architecture, role-based access, and data security standards

- Ensure financial data accuracy through transaction management, validation controls, and audit trails

- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across backend and frontend applications

- Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience

- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in a design-driven development environment

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical documentation, and best-practice implementation

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

- 5-8 years of experience building and delivering production-grade web applications end-to-end

- Strong backend development experience using Go, Java, C#, Rust, TypeScript, or similar technologies

- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and modern frontend development practices

- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, database design, schema management, migrations, and SQL optimization

- Experience working with REST APIs, OpenAPI, GraphQL, or similar API contract frameworks

- Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, messaging systems, or distributed workflows

- Strong understanding of software testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing

- Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS applications, scalable system design, and security best practices

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, and DevOps practices

- Fintech, accounting, banking, or financial software domain experience will be an advantage

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
