About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise and meaningful production experience in frontend development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning features end-to-end and working across distributed systems, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern frontend applications.

Key Skills :

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience

- Strong backend development experience with Go, Python, or Node.js

- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript

- Experience building and operating APIs, services, background jobs, and integrations

- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices

- Experience with asynchronous processing, queues, streaming, retries, and failure handling

- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases

- Experience with automated testing

- Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, observability, and monitoring

- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Product-oriented mindset with focus on reliability, simplicity, and user outcomes

Good to Have :

- Go, Python, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, NSQ

- Frontend architecture, Storybook, design systems, and accessibility

- AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Event-driven architecture and distributed tracing

- Industrial, IoT, machine health, or enterprise SaaS experience

- AI/GenAI integration experience

- Authentication, authorization, auditability, and secure service-to-service communication

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and operate end-to-end product features

- Build scalable backend services, APIs, background workers, and integrations

- Develop user-facing applications using React and TypeScript

- Design service boundaries, data models, API contracts, and asynchronous workflows

- Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems

- Develop efficient and reliable database access patterns

- Collaborate with product and design teams to build practical technical solutions

- Improve system reliability through automated testing, observability, and performance optimization

- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and incident response

- Investigate production issues and implement long-term solutions

- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment practices, and engineering improvements

- Mentor engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Candidates from Tier-1 institutions preferred.
