Experience : 7+ years in Full Stack Development

DevOps (Mandatory) : Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Containers, Infrastructure Automation, and Production Deployments

Reporting To : Architect AI-Native Applications / Delivery Head

Role summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Fullstack Lead who builds AI-native applications end to end, from React front ends to agentic back ends. You will lead a small engineering pod, shape solutions with clients, and own delivery of production-grade conversational and agentic AI products. You bring deep knowledge of at least one business domain and turn its problems into well-designed software.

Key responsibilities :

- Lead design and development of fullstack applications using React with Node.js or Python back ends.

- Build conversational AI and agentic AI features using LangChain (and LangGraph or similar), including tool calling, RAG, memory and multi-step workflows.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, estimates and delivery plans; contribute to proposals and solution walkthroughs.

- Own application design : APIs, data models, front-end architecture, prompt and agent design, and integration with LLM providers.

- Deploy and run applications on cloud-native platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) using containers, serverless, managed AI services and CI/CD.

- Lead, mentor and review the work of a team of 4-8 engineers; set coding standards and drive engineering best practices.

- Ensure quality, security, observability and cost-efficiency of AI applications, including LLM evaluation, guardrails and monitoring.

- Act as the main technical point of contact for client stakeholders; communicate progress, risks and trade-offs clearly.

- Apply domain expertise to identify high-value AI use cases and shape product direction.

Required skills and experience :

- 7+ years of professional software development, with solid fullstack delivery experience.

- Strong expertise in React (hooks, state management, TypeScript) and Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI, Express, NestJS or similar).

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building conversational AI and agentic AI applications using LangChain.

- Working knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini or similar), prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases and RAG patterns.

- Must have cloud-native experience on at least one of Google Cloud, AWS or Azure.

- Mandatory hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, release management and production monitoring.

- Expertise in at least one business domain (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, logistics, telecom).

- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to quality, ideally in client-facing or consulting environments.

- Solutioning mindset : able to break down ambiguous problems and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions.

- Excellent design skills across system design, API design and UI/UX sensibility.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have :

- Experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen or Model Context Protocol (MCP).

- Exposure to LLMOps tooling such as LangSmith, Langfuse or Arize.

- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and team leadership in distributed teams.

Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
