Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable, secure, and highly available applications capable of handling millions of daily transactions with high reliability and minimal downtime.

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.

- Develop high-performance RESTful and asynchronous APIs with robust authentication, authorization, validation, pagination, and error handling.

- Build responsive, reusable, and modular React components while implementing modern frontend architecture, state management, routing, and performance optimization techniques.

- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and PostGIS for geospatial workloads.

- Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud-native applications on AWS using containers, managed services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, and database layers through profiling, caching, indexing, partitioning, and parallel processing.

- Ensure software quality through automated testing, code reviews, monitoring, logging, alerting, and production reliability best practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, technical design reviews, and contribute to the long-term engineering roadmap.

- Mentor engineers, establish coding standards, conduct design reviews, and promote engineering best practices across the team.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.

- Communicate technical concepts, project progress, risks, and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, and RESTful API development.

- Expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.

- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, database optimization, and PostGIS.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, caching (Redis), messaging systems, and scalable architecture.

- Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

- Strong problem-solving, system design, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
