Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate directly with customers to understand business workflows, identify pain points, and design scalable software solutions.

- Build and deploy end-to-end full-stack applications using Java, React, and modern cloud technologies.

- Design scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.

- Develop intuitive frontend applications with React.js.

- Integrate AI capabilities including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent workflows into enterprise applications.

- Ensure production systems are secure, reliable, observable, and highly performant.

- Build reusable platforms and frameworks instead of one-off customer implementations.

- Champion engineering best practices including clean architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, documentation, and code reviews.

- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and mentor engineers across the team.

- Work cross-functionally with Product, AI, Infrastructure, and Customer Success teams.
