Role Overview:

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will be at the heart of our product development lifecycle, architecting and scaling robust applications that serve thousands of concurrent users. You will work in a high-velocity, cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, high-performance technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, or Java to ensure high availability and seamless data processing for our core product features.

- Build responsive, user-centric interfaces with React.js and TypeScript, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across all web platforms.

- Design and optimize complex SQL database schemas to support high-traffic applications, ensuring data integrity and efficient query performance.

- Orchestrate containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes to streamline our CI/CD pipelines and reduce time-to-market for new features.

- Lead technical design discussions and code reviews, mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence and clean, maintainable code.

- Integrate third-party services and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS to provide a secure and scalable environment for our global user base.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, with a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js and backend runtimes such as Node.js, Python, or Java.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex system architectures, including microservices and RESTful APIs, that can handle significant scale.

- Strong command over cloud-native tools including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, with a focus on automating deployment workflows through CI/CD.

- Proficiency in managing relational databases with SQL and a solid grasp of frontend fundamentals including HTML5 and CSS3.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, agile team setup.
