Function : Software Engineering - Backend Development, Frontend Development, Full-Stack Development

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing and developing scalable web applications and should be capable of taking ownership of technical architecture, cloud solutions, performance, security, and application design. The candidate will work closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to design robust, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions deployed on Azure.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js.

- Define application architecture, technical design, coding standards, and development best practices.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js.

- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.

- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure.

- Work with Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, and Azure DevOps.

- Design microservices-based and distributed application architectures.

- Ensure applications are scalable, highly available, secure, and optimised for performance.

- Implement authentication and authorisation using OAuth 2.0, JWT, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar technologies.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases and ensure efficient data modelling and query performance.

- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, monitoring, and logging using Azure DevOps and related tools.

- Conduct technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.

- Identify technical risks and provide scalable architectural solutions.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.

- Collaborate with product managers, business teams, DevOps, QA, and other stakeholders.

- Stay updated with modern cloud, full-stack, and software architecture practices.

Requirements :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in software/full-stack development.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and backend development.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.

- Experience with Azure architecture and cloud-native application development.

- Good understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, security, and performance optimisation.

- Experience with Git and modern development practices.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker/Kubernetes.

- Experience with Azure Functions/serverless architecture.

- Knowledge of Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, or Event Hubs.

- Experience with Redis/caching mechanisms.

- Exposure to event-driven architecture.

- Experience with application monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor/Application Insights.

- Knowledge of GenAI/LLM integrations is an added advantage.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
