Position Overview :

We are seeking experienced Senior Full Stack Engineers to support the maintenance, enhancement, and overall stability of AVON.COM and AVON.CA e-commerce platforms. The role involves working across the full stack frontend, backend, and database while ensuring smooth application performance and timely delivery of enhancements.

- Provide ongoing maintenance for AVON e-commerce applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with proper root-cause analysis.

- Ensure system stability, uptime, and performance.

- Full Stack Development

- Develop and enhance frontend features using React, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML/CSS, and XML.

- Build and maintain backend services using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and MyBatis.

- Develop, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs.

- Database Development

- Work with Oracle DB using SQL and PL/SQL.

- Create, optimize, and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and queries.

- Ensure database performance, data quality, and integrity.

- Cloud and Deployment

- Work with AWS for application deployment, hosting, and monitoring.

- Use AWS CodeCommit for version control and pipeline management.

- Manage builds and dependencies using Maven.

- Performance, Security, and Quality

- Implement performance optimization across all layers of the application.

- Maintain code quality standards and follow secure coding practices.

- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with QA teams.

- Collaboration and Communication

- Work collaboratively with product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other technical stakeholders.

- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing.
