Role Overview :

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of robust enterprise applications, serving as a technical anchor for our development team. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and clients to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. Your daily responsibilities involve architecting end-to-end systems, ensuring seamless integration across the Microsoft ecosystem, and mentoring junior engineers to maintain high standards of code quality. By leveraging your deep expertise in full-stack development, you will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our client-facing platforms, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of the modern digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable web applications using the .Net framework to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise clients.

- Design and deploy custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions to enhance organizational collaboration and document management capabilities.

- Implement automated business workflows using Power Automate to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency across client departments.

- Manage and optimize complex SQL Server databases to ensure data integrity, security, and fast retrieval for reporting and application needs.

- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and data-driven decision-making tools.

- Configure and manage identity and access solutions using Entra ID to ensure secure and seamless authentication across all enterprise applications.

- Lead code reviews and technical design sessions to maintain architectural integrity and promote best practices within the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications.

- Advanced proficiency in the .Net ecosystem and SharePoint Framework (SPFx), with a proven ability to build custom web parts and extensions.

- Strong technical command over SQL Server database design, T-SQL optimization, and data modeling for complex business requirements.

- Proven ability to integrate and manage cloud-based services within the Azure environment, ensuring secure and scalable deployments.

- Skilled in leveraging Power Platform tools, specifically Power Automate and Power BI, to deliver end-to-end automation and analytical solutions.

- Deep understanding of identity management protocols and Entra ID configuration for secure enterprise environments.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative project discussions.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority deliverables simultaneously.
