SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER

About the Opportunity :

A pioneering Swiss supply chain analytics and technology company - with an established India presence of over 6 years based in Pune - is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play a key role in building its next-generation supply chain planning platform.

Founded by a leader who has shaped global supply chain and logistics at the highest levels, the company serves international clients across manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and logistics sectors. This is a hands-on product development role offering direct customer impact, ownership of platform features, and close collaboration with a global engineering team in an AI-driven, fast-moving environment.

Tech Stack : Angular - Node.js - MSSQL - Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)

AI Tooling : Claude Code - Cursor - GitHub Copilot - Active use required

Domain Advantage : Supply chain, logistics, or SaaS product background preferred

Key Responsibilities :

Product Development :

- Build and optimise dynamic, responsive web applications using Angular, Node.js, and MSSQL

- Design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade architectures supporting public and private cloud deployments

- Integrate an AI layer enabling intuitive customer interactions with supply chain data and analytics

- Own end-to-end delivery of platform features from requirements through to production

Customer Collaboration :

- Collaborate directly with international clients to gather feedback and iterate rapidly through short development cycles

- Ensure all applications meet standards in security, accessibility, and performance

AI-First Development :

- Establish and maintain an AI-assisted development environment using Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot as standard daily tools

- Drive AI-native workflows to accelerate development velocity and code quality

Preferred Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Python

- Background in supply chain, logistics, or SaaS product development

- Experience with AI integration into enterprise software at product level

- Previous experience leading a small development team
