Senior FPGA Engineer

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced FPGA Engineer / Senior FPGA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in FPGA architecture, RTL development, real-time signal processing, and hardware implementation.

The ideal candidate should have experience building and debugging actual FPGA-based hardware systems, rather than only working on RTL/design simulations.

Ideal Profile:

- 8+ years of relevant FPGA engineering experience

- FPGA Engineer / Senior FPGA Engineer background

- Strong experience with Xilinx Zynq / Zynq UltraScale+

- Proficiency in Verilog / SystemVerilog / VHDL

- Hands-on experience with Xilinx Vivado

- Strong understanding of DSP and real-time signal processing

- Experience with high-speed ADC/DAC interfacing

- Strong knowledge of timing closure and Clock Domain Crossing (CDC)

- Experience with hardware debugging and ILA

- Experience in signal generation and real-time control systems

- Proven experience building, bringing up, debugging, and validating actual FPGA hardware systems

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop high-performance FPGA-based systems.

- Develop and optimize RTL for low-latency and resource-efficient implementations.

- Implement real-time DSP, signal processing, signal generation, and control algorithms.

- Integrate high-speed ADC/DACs and other digital interfaces.

- Perform synthesis, timing analysis, timing closure, hardware bring-up, and debugging.

- Work on FPGA-based control, measurement, and signal-processing systems.

- Collaborate with hardware and R&D teams to take FPGA designs from concept to working hardware.

Education:

- B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with laser control systems, lock-in amplifiers, waveform generators, precision instrumentation, or closed-loop control systems will be an advantage.
