Key Responsibilities :

Full-Stack Development :

- Build and manage end-to-end systems across frontend, backend, data, cloud, and deployment layers.

- Develop scalable and production-ready applications while ensuring system reliability and performance.

- Work across modern tech stacks to deliver fast and efficient solutions.

AI / GenAI Integration :

- Build and integrate AI / GenAI features into real-world applications.

- Develop functional prototypes and AI-driven product capabilities.

- Apply AI technologies pragmatically to solve business problems.

Rapid Prototyping & Product Innovation :

- Quickly build working demos and prototypes from scratch.

- Iterate solutions based on continuous business feedback.

- Work in a greenfield environment to convert ideas into functional products.

Architecture & Design :

- Make practical architecture decisions balancing speed and scalability.

- Define system design approaches suitable for prototyping and future scaling.

- Ensure technical feasibility of product ideas.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work directly with business SMEs to understand requirements.

- Ask clarifying questions and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Manage expectations and ensure alignment across teams.

Pod Leadership (Senior Level) :

- Mentor engineers and guide technical execution.

- Review architecture and design decisions.

- Ensure delivery without compromising development velocity.

Required Experience :

- 8 to 13 years of overall experience in product engineering / full-stack development.

- Strong hands-on experience across frontend, backend, cloud, and data systems.

- Proven experience in AI / GenAI implementation (not just theoretical knowledge).

- Experience in startup, innovation lab, or greenfield product environments (preferred).

- Strong ability to work in fast-paced, experimental development settings.
