Role : Senior Engineering Manager - Agentic AI

Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager Agentic AI to lead the design, development, and scaling of next-generation AI platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building Agentic AI, LLM, and RAG-based products from scratch, while leading high-performing engineering teams in a product-driven environment.

This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, architecture expertise, and people management to deliver scalable AI-powered platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of Agentic AI and GenAI platforms.

- Build and scale AI products from concept to production.

- Drive design and implementation of multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, and RAG frameworks.

- Define technical roadmap, architecture standards, and engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, AI Research, Data, and Platform teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and ownership.

- Drive platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

- Stay updated with advancements in Agentic AI, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills :

- 1215 years of software engineering experience with recent focus on Agentic AI and GenAI.

- Proven experience building and launching AI platforms/products from scratch.

- Strong expertise in :

3. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

4. Generative AI

5. Conversational AI

6. Multi-Agent Systems

- Hands-on experience with :

1. LangChain

2. LangGraph

3. Vector Databases

4. AI Agent Frameworks

5. Prompt Engineering

6. AI Evaluation Frameworks

- Strong programming experience in Python and distributed systems.

- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proven people management and engineering leadership experience.

Preferred Background :

- Product-based company experience is highly preferred.

- Experience building enterprise AI platforms, AI copilots, virtual assistants, or autonomous agent solutions.

- Exposure to MLOps, AI Governance, and Responsible AI practices.

- Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
