Sr Engineer - DFT
About the Role :
Join a dynamic team that pushes the boundaries of custom silicon solutions. As a DFT Principle Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of DFT architecture, taking projects from concept through production. You will develop flows, automation, and methodologies, plan DFT activities, and drive them all the way to production-ready stages. This is a hands-on role where you can work on multiple projects in parallel and directly impact the success of cutting-edge ASIC designs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement DFT architecture and methodologies for ASICs.
- Develop automation scripts and flows to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Plan, execute, and drive DFT activities throughout the entire ASIC development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SoC cycles, silicon bring-up, and debug activities.
- Implement and maintain ATPG, SCAN, MBIST, and iJTAG solutions.
- Apply fault modeling techniques to ensure robust test coverage.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of DFT processes and best practices.
Qualifications :
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in DFT, ATPG, SCAN, MBIST, and iJTAG.
- Expertise in ASIC DFT design and ATPG/SCAN tools (Tessent preferred).
- Strong scripting/programming skills for flow development and automation.
- Quick learner, proactive, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Experience with JTAG/iJTAG protocols and architectures.
- Familiarity with SoC design cycles, silicon bring-up, and debug.
- Knowledge of fault modeling techniques.
Why Join Us :
This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative custom silicon projects, contribute to the full lifecycle of ASIC development, and grow your skills in a collaborative and challenging environment.
Total Experience : 6 - 12 years
