About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Senior Developer to join our Project Delivery & Implementation team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full stack development, agile project delivery, and customer-facing implementations.

This role involves working across frontend and backend technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the end-to-end software development lifecycle. Candidates should be comfortable working in agile sprint environments and capable of delivering high-quality production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in Agile sprint cycles and contribute across all phases of SDLC

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

- Develop, test, and maintain frontend and backend application modules

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and coding best practices

- Support implementation activities and post-production stabilization

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve client issues and enhancement requests

- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

- Take ownership of assigned modules and mentor junior developers when required

- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
