Senior Developer - Java/Python

We are seeking a Senior Developer with a strong background in software engineering, AI/ML, and GenAI/LLMs to build intelligent, self-directed agentic systems. The role involves working closely with architects, contributing to design discussions, and leading AI-driven development initiatives.

Essential Job Functions :

- Evaluate multiple approaches and document pros & cons.

- Research and contribute to new technology stack discussions.

- Document integration requirements, best practices, and key architectural decisions.

- Set up infrastructure with operations based on best practices.

- Build and deploy custom MCP (Model Context Protocol).

- Lead BOT development and integrations.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

- Investigate and resolve production issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Hands-on expertise with GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, AgenticAI (or similar frameworks).

- Cloud-native development experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.

- Knowledge of NoSQL (CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Skilled in custom MCP server setup with tools/functions.

- Experience with Databricks/Jupyter Notebooks.

- Web development knowledge in Node.js, React (Angular/Vue.js is a plus).

- Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and mentoring ability.
