Senior Data Scientist - Statistical Modeling

Job Summary :

- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment

- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and statistical models

- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights

- Build predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions

- Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity

- Communicate findings to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to implement solutions

- Deploy models into production and monitor performance (MLOps practices)

- Mentor and guide junior team members

- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and data science

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

- 48+ years of experience in data science or related roles

- Strong programming skills in Python/R

- Expertise in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling

- Hands-on experience with libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

- Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data processing

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

- Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and data structures

- Experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision

- Experience in model deployment and MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)

- Exposure to real-time data processing and streaming systems

- Prior experience in mentoring or leading teams
