Role Overview :

Senior Data Scientist responsible for designing, developing and productionizing advanced machine learning solutions for Loyalty and Customer Analytics use cases.

Expected to work with large-scale customer, transactional and behavioural datasets and independently own data exploration, feature engineering, model development, validation and performance monitoring.

- Customer segmentation

- Churn and retention

- CLV

- Loyalty tier progression

- Campaign propensity

- Cross-sell/upsell

- Next-best-action and recommendation models

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve high-impact business challenges, ensuring solutions are production-ready and optimized for performance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and translate business requirements into technical specifications that drive measurable growth.

- Conduct rigorous exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, providing the leadership team with data-backed recommendations for product improvements.

- Mentor junior team members by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in model development, documentation, and version control.

- Optimize existing algorithms to improve accuracy and latency, directly contributing to a more seamless experience for the end-user.

Collaboration :

The role will work closely with the Lead, data engineering and business teams to convert analytical solutions into reliable production capabilities and continuously improve models based on business outcomes.
