About the Role :

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to build analytical models, generate business insights, and deploy scalable ML solutions that drive measurable impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop predictive models, forecasting solutions, and statistical frameworks for business decision-making.

- Lead end- to- end DS lifecycle: data prep, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring.

- Conduct A/B testing, experimentation, and deep- dive analysis to uncover actionable insights.

- Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to translate problems into data- driven solutions.

- Deploy models using APIs, microservices, and cloud ML platforms; monitor drift and performance.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to DS best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python, and DS/ML libraries (scikit- learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).

- Solid understanding of statistics, ML algorithms, NLP, and deep learning.

Preferred :

- Experience with Generative AI/LLMs, vector databases, and production ML systems.

- Open- source contributions.
