Role Overview :

As a Sr. Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. Your daily work will involve deep dives into complex datasets, designing sophisticated algorithms, and building robust models that address critical business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams, translating strategic objectives into tangible AI-powered products. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for various business applications.

- Develop and optimize algorithms for Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing tasks, enhancing product capabilities for clients.

- Architect and implement scalable Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, pushing the boundaries of intelligent automation.

- Conduct rigorous data modeling and statistical analysis to extract meaningful insights and inform strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with MLOps and engineering teams to integrate models into production environments, leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and robust DevOps practices.

- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.

- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and methodologies, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python programming and proficiency with key Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Strong command of Artificial Intelligence concepts, including Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Proven ability in Data Modeling, Algorithm design, and Statistical Modeling to solve complex, real-world problems.

- Experience with MLOps practices, including containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions and delivering measurable results.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer role.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment in Ahmedabad.
