Role Summary :

Senior hands-on role responsible for leading ML and advanced analytics initiatives on GCP, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Applied Data Science & ML :

- Lead end-to-end ML solutions from problem framing to deployment

- Develop predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive models

- Perform EDA, feature engineering, model training, validation, monitoring

- Translate business problems into measurable outcomes

Data Engineering Support :

- Build ML-ready datasets with data engineers

- Write production-quality Python and SQL

- Ensure pipeline performance and data quality

Platform & Leadership :

- Define best practices and reusable assets

- Contribute to MLOps and CI/CD

- Mentor junior team members

- Identify high-value use cases

Tech Stack :

- Python, SQL

- BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage

- Vertex AI

- scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch

- Git, CI/CD

- Power BI / Looker

Experience :

- 6 to 10 years experience

- Strong ML and analytics expertise
