Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Data Scientist Generative AI to join our growing AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, LLMs, Generative AI, AWS cloud services, and advanced analytics with experience building scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments.

The role involves developing and deploying ML and GenAI models, implementing RAG-based solutions, performing advanced exploratory data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI-led innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS.

- Design and implement LLM-based applications using RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.

- Develop and optimize machine learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, and analytics use cases.

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Work with structured and unstructured datasets using Python, SQL, and PySpark.

- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs using modern GenAI frameworks and evaluation techniques.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate them into production-ready solutions.

- Implement MLOps and engineering best practices including CI/CD, GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code.

- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise AI standards.

- Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, Terraform, or CloudFormation is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or enterprise environments is preferred.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in global teams.
