About The Role:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI and NLP solutions for enterprise use cases. This role requires a strong engineering discipline to translate complex business requirements into robust, production-ready AI applications, ensuring independent design, build, deployment, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using foundation models and LLMs.

- Build and optimize advanced RAG systems utilizing hybrid search, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and retrieval orchestration.

- Develop prompt engineering frameworks, context management strategies, and memory architectures.

- Implement LLM evaluation frameworks including automated testing, benchmark creation, hallucination detection, guardrails, safety controls, and model observability.

- Design AI governance mechanisms including prompt versioning, output validation, security controls, and responsible AI practices.

- Collaborate with platform teams to deploy GenAI workloads across cloud and on-premise environments.

- Design, develop, and orchestrate autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents for enterprise use cases.

- Build robust tool-calling ecosystems integrating APIs, databases, enterprise applications, search systems, and business workflows.

- Perform end-to-end NLP solution development including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment.

Requirements :

- 5 to 10 years of experience.

- Btech in CS, Mtech in CS, Btech in IT, or Mtech in IT.

- Proficiency in Gen AI.

- Expertise in Python.

- Strong communication, documentation, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Capability for independent design, build, deploy, and scale solutions.

- Strong engineering discipline and focus on production readiness.
