About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in customer behavior analytics, recommendation systems, personalization, and AI/ML solutions. The role involves working with large-scale clickstream and event-level data to build predictive models and AI-driven customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build ML models for churn prediction, LTV, propensity, next-best-action, and customer segmentation.

- Develop recommendation and personalization systems.

- Work on clickstream and behavioral analytics using large-scale event data.

- Build and optimize AI/GenAI-powered solutions and customer intelligence models.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and ML teams for model deployment and optimization.

- Design A/B tests and analyze business impact using statistical techniques.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Python, SQL, PySpark, Pandas, Scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience with AWS technologies such as S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, SageMaker, and Kinesis.

- Experience working with clickstream/event data and recommendation systems.

- Knowledge of Machine Learning, AI/LLMs, and personalization frameworks.

- Strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, and customer behavior modeling.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with MLOps and model monitoring.

- Exposure to GenAI/LLMs, LangChain, RAG, or Bedrock.

- Domain experience in E-commerce, Fintech, SaaS, Media, or Gaming.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.

- 48 years of Data Science experience with at least 3 years in customer/behavioral analytics.
