We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics team in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Pune. In this role, you will spearhead the design and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models and generative AI solutions that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, engineering leads, and senior stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical architectures.

By leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs and deep learning frameworks, you will drive significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience, directly influencing our global product roadmap and long-term strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines that automate decision-making processes for global clients, ensuring high model performance and scalability.

- Lead the integration of Large Language Models and NLP solutions into existing enterprise platforms to enhance user engagement and streamline information retrieval.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and feature stores, ensuring the reliability and quality of inputs for high-stakes predictive models.

- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and best practices across the AI/ML department.

- Present complex analytical findings and model performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in for new AI initiatives and product features.

- Evaluate emerging research in generative AI and deep learning to identify opportunities for innovation that provide a competitive advantage in the market.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to design and fine-tune LLMs and NLP architectures to solve real-world problems, with a deep understanding of transformer-based models.

- Strong proficiency in translating high-level business objectives into actionable technical requirements, supported by clear communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of delivering measurable business impact through data-driven insights.

- A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment, demonstrating the flexibility to work across time zones and coordinate effectively with global teams.

- 6 to 11 years of hands-on experience in data science and AI/ML roles, showcasing a consistent trajectory of technical leadership and project delivery.
