Hiring for Senior Data Scientist / AI-ML Engineer

Location : Bangalore - Hybrid

Shift : 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Experience required : 5 to 10 Years

Most Data Science roles ask you to build models. This one asks you to make them matter. I'm looking for a Senior Data Scientist / AI-ML Engineer to solve real-world challenges in the energy sector, combining strong statistical foundations, hands-on ML development, and business understanding.

What you'll work on :

- Design, develop, test, and validate ML models for complex business problems.

- Apply Python, statistics, probability, and advanced analytics to real-world datasets.

- Build ML solutions using Azure Machine Learning and Databricks.

- Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to integrate models into business workflows.

- Translate model outputs into actionable insights that improve business decisions.

Mandatory requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on Data Science / AI-ML experience.

- Strong Python, mathematics, probability, statistics, and ML model development fundamentals.

- Practical, hands-on experience with both Azure Machine Learning and Databricks. These are mandatory; profiles without experience in either will not be considered.

- Working knowledge of the Oil & Gas / Energy value chain.

- Ability to translate business problems into measurable data science solutions.

This is a client-facing opportunity focused on applied AI/ML in the energy sector, with exposure to complex business workflows and large-scale data challenges.
