Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building robust data pipelines, optimizing data workflows, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using GCP data engineering services.

- Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for efficient data ingestion and transformation.

- Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and delivery.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipeline performance and reliability.

- Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices are followed.

- Support production deployments and resolve data engineering issues.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 9 years of experience in Data Engineering.

- Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data engineering technologies.

- Experience designing and implementing scalable data pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration.

- Experience working with structured and unstructured data.

- Ability to independently design, develop, and deliver end-to-end data solutions.

- Experience collaborating directly with business and technical stakeholders.

- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Composer, or Cloud Functions.

- Knowledge of Python or Java for data engineering.

- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for data platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
