Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior GCP Data Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Conversational AI, and Generative AI to design, build, and deliver scalable cloud-native data and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real-time data processing, Google Cloud services, Gemini Enterprise, and Contact Center AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize real-time data pipelines using Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Cloud Functions.

- Build and manage scalable data platforms using BigQuery, BigTable, and Firestore.

- Integrate Gemini Enterprise Agents with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and enterprise knowledge bases.

- Develop and support Google CCAI/CCAIP and Dialogflow CX solutions.

- Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

- Configure and manage secure GCP IAM policies and access controls.

- Design scalable cloud architectures and mentor junior engineers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

- Implement PII masking and data redaction workflows to ensure compliance and data privacy.

Mandatory Skills :

- Active Google Professional Data Engineer Certification (Mandatory)

- 8+ years of overall IT experience

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on GCP Data Engineering experience

- Strong experience with :

4. Pub/Sub

5. Dataflow

6. Cloud Functions

- Experience with Gemini Enterprise, LLM Orchestration, and RAG

- Experience implementing Google CCAI/CCAIP and Dialogflow CX

- Programming in Python, Java, or Go

- Telecom domain experience
