Microsoft Fabric - Senior Data Architect

Location : Trivandrum, Cochin, Calicut, Koratty, Chennai, Bangalore, Noida

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise data modernization initiatives using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform technologies. This customer facing role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, presales support, and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture workshops and stakeholder discussions

- Design end-to-end Microsoft Fabric and Azure data solutions

- Define data governance frameworks using Microsoft Purview

- Guide and mentor data engineering teams

- Support presales activities, solution design, and proposal development

- Advise customers on data platform modernization and migration strategies

- Develop reusable architectures, standards, and accelerators

- Drive knowledge sharing and capability development

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in data engineering and data platform architecture

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL

- Proven experience delivering enterprise scale data platforms

- Strong knowledge of OneLake, Fabric Lakehouse, Fabric Warehouse, Spark Notebooks, RealTime Intelligence, and Power BI

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and TSQL

- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in consulting or professional services environments

- Strong understanding of Power BI semantic models and enterprise BI solutions

- Experience leading technical teams and driving successful project delivery

- Microsoft Azure/Fabric certifications, Microsoft Purview experience, regulated industry exposure, and familiarity with dbt or modern data integration tools are preferred
