Required Experience & Skills :
- Solid understanding of free-to-play and hybrid-casual monetization models
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Familiarity with attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to gaming domain will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary analytics partner for mobile game teams and client studios
- Define and track KPIs across the game lifecycle (soft launch to live ops)
- Analyze player behavior, progression, retention, and churn
- Support monetization and economy analysis (IAP, IAA, offers, pricing)
- Analyze UA performance, cohort quality, ROAS, and LTV
- Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to support product and marketing decisions
- Translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and trade-offs
