Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming complex business requirements into actionable insights through data analysis, visualization, and storytelling. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis & Insights :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into data-driven analytical solutions

- Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear, business-friendly manner

Business Intelligence & Visualization :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance of dashboards and visualizations

- Enable stakeholders to track KPIs and business metrics effectively

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business users to understand objectives and analytical needs

- Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to support analytics-driven initiatives

- Communicate insights through storyboarding and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

Mentorship & Quality Assurance :

- Mentor and guide junior analysts on analytics best practices

- Review analytical outputs to ensure high quality and business relevance

Required Skills & Tools :

Technical Skills :

- SQL (MS SQL) Strong expertise in complex querying, joins, aggregations, and performance optimization

Business Intelligence Tools : Hands-on experience with one or more :

- Power BI

- Tableau

- QlikView

- Spotfire

Data Analysis & Visualization : Strong experience in building dashboards, reports, and insight-driven visuals

Analytical & Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills

- Excellent client interfacing and communication abilities

- Ability to translate data insights into compelling business narratives

Good to Have :

- Python or R for data analysis, automation, or advanced analytics

- Exposure to basic statistical modeling or forecasting

Experience & Education :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence roles

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
