About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst - Adobe Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data analytics, strong consulting acumen, and proven experience in the Banking/Lending/Cards domain. You will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, enabling business decision-making, and enhancing digital performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Leverage Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace) to deliver actionable insights across business functions.

- Build advanced data models and dashboards to track business performance and customer behavior.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and optimization levers.

- Drive reporting automation and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all deliverables.

- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership teams in a clear, business-focused manner.

- Support cross-functional teams in decision-making through data-backed strategies.

- Continuously explore new analytics capabilities and contribute to best practices within the analytics function.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- 8 - 11 years of experience in data analytics or digital consulting roles.

- Strong Banking/Lending/Cards domain knowledge.

- Expertise in Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace) with proven hands-on experience.

- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas, and data modeling.

- Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and aggregating large datasets.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business actions.

- Strong consulting acumen with proven stakeholder management and engagement experience.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to senior management.
