We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and BI tools to deliver high-impact analytics in the e-commerce and payments domain. This role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, building scalable dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and reporting needs.

- Design, build, and maintain SQL-based datasets, views, and complex queries.

- Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using Tableau (preferred) or Power BI.

- Support BAU reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and critical projects in the payment domain.

- Analyse trends, anomalies, and opportunities to drive process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data models, quality, and documentation.

- Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI / Analytics professional.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning).

- Experience with Tableau (preferred) or Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.

- Proven experience in the e-commerce domain; fintech/payments exposure preferred.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
