Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Netskope to manage and optimize enterprise security platforms. This role focuses on security platform administration, policy optimization, governance, and operational support, rather than SOC operations.

The ideal candidate will act as the Netskope Subject Matter Expert (SME), responsible for administering enterprise security platforms, optimizing DLP policies, enhancing platform performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, maintain, and optimize Netskope (CASB/SSE).

- Manage security platforms including CyberArk EPM, Mimecast, and related security solutions.

- Configure and optimize DLP, Web Security, Email Security, and Endpoint Privilege Management policies.

- Fine-tune security policies to reduce false positives while maintaining strong security controls.

- Troubleshoot platform, access, and policy-related issues.

- Support onboarding of users, applications, and cloud services into enterprise security platforms.

- Collaborate with SOC, Infrastructure, IT, and Engineering teams to implement security improvements.

- Integrate security platforms with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management workflows.

- Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Security Engineering or Security Operations.

- Strong hands-on experience with Netskope (CASB/SSE).

- Experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).

- Experience with Mimecast.

- Experience integrating with ServiceNow.

- Strong knowledge of Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, DLP, Email Security, CASB, and Secure Service Edge (SSE).

- Experience managing enterprise security policies.

- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Least Privilege principles.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
