About the Role :

We are looking for experienced Java Full Stack Developers to join our technology team as Senior Consultants or Managers. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, React.js, and enterprise application development.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications, building microservices-based solutions, developing responsive user interfaces, and contributing to event-driven microservices and system integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.

- Build, develop, and optimize microservices-based solutions.

- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing interfaces using React.js.

- Work on EDM (Event-Driven Microservices) initiatives and integration solutions.

- Develop secure REST APIs and enterprise-grade applications.

- Design and optimize databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Integrate frontend and backend systems to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design sessions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.

Candidate Profile :

- Senior Consultant : 5+ years of relevant experience.

- Manager : 7+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.

- Good understanding of microservices architecture and REST API development.

- Strong frontend development experience with React.js.

- Experience in event-driven microservices and system integration.

- Good understanding of database design and optimization.
