About the Role :

We are hiring an AEM Forms (EDS) Senior Consultant with strong AEM Backend expertise to work on complex enterprise implementations. This role demands deep Java-based AEM backend skills along with experience in Adaptive Forms and leadership responsibilities within large delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance AEM backend components with a strong focus on Java-based services

- Build and maintain AEM Forms (EDS or non-EDS) solutions for enterprise-scale projects

- Develop Java Servlets and backend services using OSGi/FELIX framework

- Create and consume REST/SOAP web services for system integrations

- Work extensively with JCR/CRX, Apache Sling, and Maven-based builds

- Develop and optimize Adaptive Forms for performance and scalability

- Design Form Data Models (FDM) and integrate forms with backend systems

- Implement lazy loading, fragments, and reusable form components

- Ensure code quality through JUnit testing, code reviews, and best practices

- Lead and mentor team members on technical design and implementation

- Actively participate in SDLC phases including design, development, testing, and deployment

Skills Required :

- Strong AEM Backend development using Java (mandatory)

- Hands-on experience with OSGi/FELIX, Servlets, Sling, Maven

- Experience with JCR/CRX and AEM backend architecture

- Adaptive Forms development and optimization

- Web services integration (REST and SOAP)

- JUnit testing, code quality, and review practices

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on AEM Forms / AEM Backend experience
