What You'll Do :
- Design and develop dashboards, reporting tools, and real-time metrics to track business performance.
- Build and optimize robust ETL pipelines using tools like Airflow and dbt.
- Write advanced SQL queries and perform complex data modeling in Snowflake, Databricks, and relational databases.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, privacy, security, and business teams.
- Lead end-to-end data and analytics projects using agile methodologies.
- Manage version control with Git and continuously improve data solutions.
What You'll Need :
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks like Airflow and dbt.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
- Experience with data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Agile project management experience.
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Redshift, EC2, DynamoDB) and Git.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
- Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with AI-based solutions and collaborative analytics tools like Hex notebooks.
