- Design, develop, and maintain complex and interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop, with expertise in data modeling and report optimization.

- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for both Tableau and Power BI solutions.

- Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and responsiveness across various devices.

- Apply advanced knowledge of action filters, context filters, parameters, and other interactive dashboard elements.

- Use groups, sets, bins, and hierarchies to enhance data exploration and interactivity.

- Develop various types of visualizations such as bar charts, line charts, scatter plots, heat maps, and custom visuals based on business requirements.

- Understand and apply best practices for dashboard layout, color usage, and user experience.

- Work with Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs) and understand data warehousing concepts for accurate data representation.

- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve reporting issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Maintain documentation of dashboards and data models.

Required Skills :

- 9+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop and Power BI development.

- Strong knowledge of filters, parameters, actions, and level of detail (LOD) expressions in Tableau.

- Proficiency in Power BI DAX, data modeling, measures, and calculated columns.

- Experience in implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI and Tableau.

- Good understanding of dashboard optimization techniques.

- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

- Familiarity with Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs) and dimensional modeling.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Experience in the healthcare, financial services, or enterprise IT sectors.

- Knowledge of ETL processes, data governance, and data quality concepts is a plus.

- Certifications in Tableau or Power BI are advantageous.
