About the Role:

We're looking for a Blockchain/Smart Contract Engineer who builds secure, efficient, and production-ready on-chain infrastructure. You'll design and deploy smart contracts that power token economies, Web3 gaming, and decentralized applications - turning complex economic models into reliable, audited code.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering and strategy, ensuring our clients' ecosystems are built on battle-tested foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains.

- Write secure, gas-optimized Solidity code following industry best practices and security patterns.

- Collaborate with tokenomics advisors to implement economic models directly into smart contract logic.

- Build and maintain full-stack decentralized applications (DApps) from architecture to deployment.

- Conduct thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts to ensure reliability and security.

- Integrate blockchain components with front-end applications and back-end services.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices across the team.

- Stay current with blockchain development tools, standards, and security vulnerabilities.

- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
