Job Description :

- Independently design and deliver moderately complex BI solutions and dashboards according to established timelines, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of BI processes, data models, and reporting standards in accordance with organizational guidelines.

- Provide responsive support for inquiries from business users and external clients; gather requirements and deliver clear, data-driven answers.

- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues in BI systems or data pipelines; assist in troubleshooting and resolving production-related problems.

- Analyze structured and unstructured data sources to support reporting, issue resolution, and business initiatives.

- Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms; communicate trends and insights to management and business partners.

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve BI processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency in line with best practices.

- Contribute to the development of performance monitoring frameworks for BI systems and ensure ongoing optimization.

- Provide technical mentorship and cross-training to team members on BI tools, data modeling, and reporting techniques.

Job Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, with a strong focus on Tableau development, data visualization, and BI reporting.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing principles and hands-on experience with data modeling techniques.

- Experience with data engineering tools and workflows, including Python and Airflow.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and their associated data services.

- Exposure to integrating Generative AI or automation tools into BI dashboards is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

- Experience conducting end-to-end quality assurance on BI and data solutions.

- Ability to deliver compelling analytic insights and dashboard presentations to internal and external audiences.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.

- Experience with Linux-based systems is a plus.
