We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join a growing data & analytics team and play a key role in building, optimising, and modernising enterprise BI solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on expertise across the Microsoft BI ecosystem and wants to work on scalable data platforms, reporting solutions, and modern BI initiatives.

What you'll be working on :

BI Development & Data Engineering :

- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS & SQL Server

- Develop and optimise SSRS reports and operational dashboards

- Build and enhance Data Warehouses & Data Models

- Create Power BI datasets, dashboards & visualisations

- Write and optimise complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures & database logic

Data Quality & Delivery :

- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance of BI solutions

- Maintain and optimise existing BI assets

- Perform data validation and quality improvements

- Follow BI development standards, documentation, and version-control practices

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with analysts, product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders

- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

- Collaborate with third-party suppliers on integrations and support

- Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Continuous Improvement :

- Contribute to BI modernisation and architecture initiatives

- Explore emerging BI technologies and recommend improvements

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and actively contribute to sprint delivery

Must-have | Non-negotiable :

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI Stack, particularly :

- SSIS

- SSRS

- SQL Server

- Strong T-SQL

- Power BI - Report Development & Visualisation

- ETL & Data Warehousing

- Data Modelling

- Exposure to Azure / Cloud BI platforms

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps / Visual Studio or similar tools
