Senior Backend Engineer

- 4-8 years of experience in backend or platform engineering using Python

- Strong proficiency with FastAPI

- Hands-on experience in building APIs, microservices, and data processing systems

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optional object-oriented design (OOP)

- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

- Hands-on experience with AWS

- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes

- Strong experience in writing automation scripts and working with backend data workflows

- Proficient with Git and experienced in managing releases using CI/CD pipelines

- Good understanding of release processes for large-scale platform products

- Solid understanding of analytics in product/platform development, especially with NLP, Generative AI (GenAI), or ML-based solutions
