Overview :
We are hiring for our esteemed client, a Series-A funded deep-tech company developing a revolutionary app-based operating system for Computer Vision. The team is driving innovation in real-time video analytics and large-scale data processing, delivering robust and scalable backend systems that support AI-powered solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems using Golang or Node.js.

- Architect and implement microservices-based systems ensuring high performance and availability.

- Work across multiple databases : SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, etc.

- Integrate service communication via message queues like RabbitMQ and Kafka.

- Develop core backend services including APIs (REST/GraphQL), caching (Redis), deployment automation, and CI/CD workflows.

- Optimize system performance through intelligent caching, load balancing, and observability tools (New Relic, Datadog).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features and ensure secure, reliable systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of backend development experience.

- Strong expertise in Node.js, Golang, and/or C++.

- Experience in migrating monolithic systems to microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching layers (Redis, Memcached).

- Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with APM tools (New Relic, Datadog) and CI/CD workflows.

- Prior experience in fast-paced, product-based startup environments is a plus.

Bonus : Knowledge of DevOps tooling and on-premise setups.
