We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thrives on building scalable, high-performance systems and is excited to collaborate in an environment increasingly powered by AI-driven features and intelligent automation. In this role, you'll work closely with our Product, Data, and Engineering teams to design and implement robust backend services that support core business operations as well as AI-related capabilities like data processing pipelines, model serving infrastructure, and personalization engines.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement new backend services and applications.

- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, automated testing, and production releases of backend services.

- Contribute to and drive department best practices, guidelines implementation, and adherence to standards.

- Participate in application design reviews.

- Efficiently identify bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications.

- Define metrics and implement code for diagnostics and performance monitoring.

- Work through project delivery's analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment phases.

Requirements :

- Our core stack includes Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and AWS.

- Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, REST).
