Job Description :

We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer AI Platform to build and scale the backend systems powering next-generation AI products.

Must Have Skills :

- Strong experience in C#/.NET and/or Python (production level)

- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / Claude APIs

- Experience in tool/function calling loops (multi-turn, multi-tool)

- Real-time streaming using SSE / WebSockets

- Understanding of agentic runtimes & MCP-style tool protocols

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, OAuth2, Entra ID

- Experience with Azure services (Service Bus, Functions, Durable Workers)

- API design (REST, Streaming APIs, OpenAPI)

- Databases: PostgreSQL (pgvector), MongoDB, Redis

- Observability: App Insights / OpenTelemetry

- Strong focus on security (PII, prompt injection defense)

- Understanding of token usage, latency & cost optimization

Good to Have :

- Experience with sandboxed execution (Containers / WASM)

- Knowledge of RAG at scale (hybrid search, re-ranking, evals)

- Exposure to multi-modal AI (Vision, Speech, OCR)

- Plugin/skills-based architecture

- Experience with Kubernetes / AKS & IaC (Bicep / Terraform)

- AI evaluation frameworks & testing infrastructure

- Knowledge of LangChain / Semantic Kernel internals

- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture

- Vector search tuning & embedding models
