Senior Backend Developer - Node.js

Role Responsibilities :

- Contribute to cashback functionality development (earning/burning flows)

- Work on new services from scratch, ensuring alignment with Nova platform standards

- Support migration of data from monolithic systems to the new microservice environment

- Maintain a smooth user experience despite backend changes

Requirements :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and building REST/GraphQL APIs

- Familiarity with Express.js or Nest.js

- Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven systems

- Experience with AWS services (especially MongoDB, MySQL, and SQS)

Nice-to-Have / Coachable Skills :

- Frontend experience with React and Next.js

- Experience working in cashback, e-commerce, or reward systems (not mandatory)

Tech Stack :

- Backend (90%): Node.js (Express / Nest.js)

- Frontend (10%): React.js & Next.js

- Infrastructure: AWS (MongoDB, MySQL, SQS)

- Architecture: Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)

- APIs: GraphQL
