Senior Backend Developer - .Net Technologies

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer (.NET) with 10-12 yrs of experience, to build and enhance enterprise-grade systems that power critical business processes across a global organization.

This role blends hands-on backend development, modern architecture practices, and AI-augmented engineering.

You will work closely with Technical Leads and Architects to design scalable solutions, contribute to engineering excellence, and deliver end-to-end product functionality.

Key Responsibilities Engineering & Architecture :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using modern .NET technologies

- Collaborate with Architects and senior engineers on solution design and technology decisions

- Follow clean code practices, implement automated testing, and maintain technical documentation

- Ensure system scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in : .NET, C#, ASP.NET Web API

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Azure App Services

2. Microsoft Entra ID

3. Microsoft Graph API

4. Azure DevOps pipelines

5. Experience with event-driven architecture

- Database experience :

1. MongoDB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL

2. Proficiency in AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar)

3. Experience working in agile and international environments

AI-Enhanced Development:

- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices

- Explore and implement GenAI use cases (e.g., RAG, vector search) where they add business value

- Support continuous improvement in development workflows using AI

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work with distributed teams across multiple geographies

- Mentor junior developers and guide them on engineering best practices

- Conduct code reviews and promote a strong engineering culture

- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Good to Have :

- Experience with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies

- Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML), use case modeling, and functional analysis

- Exposure to :

- Vector databases and embeddings

- GenAI architectures (RAG, Knowledge Graphs)

- Familiarity with additional technologies:

- Node.js, Python, TypeScript
