Senior Associate BI Developer - Tableau/Microstrategy

Skills : Tableau (Minimum 5), Microstrategy (Minumum 2 years), Dashboards, reporting, SQL Complex queries

Experience range : 5-15 years

Location : Hyderabad

Youll be able to :

Business as Usual :

- Triage and resolve issues raised by end users independently and collaboratively with Enterprise Technology and Data Management teams

- Perform adhoc data analyses and provide technical support as necessary

Continuous Improvement :

- Continuously enhance and troubleshoot the performance, capabilities, and functionality of BI solutions (e.g., MicroStrategy,

Tableau, etc.)

- Identify ways to improve our support processes and existing products

- Adapt to evolving best practices and implement dashboard design standards

- Stay up-to-date on latest technology trends within the BI industry and MassMutual

- Summarize software update changes and proactively identify potential impacts to current products

Teaming :

- Be a thought partner to other Financial Visual Analytics team members for the design, management, and documentation of solutions for new reports and dashboards

- Contribute to the teams inclusive team environment that emphasizes open communication, knowledge sharing, and timely solution delivery

- Contribute to a team of technically minded individuals working to establish business analytics best practices that drive improved efficiency and decision making across the organization

Your experience includes :

- B.S. degree in a quantitative field

- 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools including Tableau and MicroStrategy

- 5+ years of overall experience with focus on delivery of Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field

- Demonstrated skill in using advanced SQL, stored procedures, and columnar databases (Vertica preferred)

- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, especially with individuals with varying technical knowledge

- Documenting technical workflows and specifications

- Ability to seek guidance and learn new skills from peers
