Senior Principal Architect Agentic AI Identity Management

Reporting To : VP / SVP Technology Cloud & Infrastructure

Role Overview :

The Sr. AVP Senior Principal Architect, Agentic AI Identity Management is a foundational technology leadership role responsible for shaping the company's Identity Management system and expanding it for the agentic-AI ecosystem. This role operates at the intersection of architecture, security, automation, and business outcomes, providing deep technical stewardship while influencing senior stakeholders across business, delivery, risk, and governance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Enterprise Architecture & Strategy :

- Architect and govern Identity Management for AI and autonomous agents, covering agent discovery, registration, attestation, identity lifecycle, and trust relationships.

- Transition from existing Microsoft MIM based Identity Management to IGA Platform with Agentic AI Identities.

- Define policy-as-code frameworks for least privilege access, ephemeral credentials, and risk-adaptive authorization.

- Partner with Cyber, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure architectures meet PCI DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001/42001, HIPAA, and emerging AI governance requirements.

2. Agentic AI Platforms & Emerging Technologies :

- Architect and govern AI platforms leveraging tools like Claude, Copilot, Gemini, LangSmith, PyTorch, and frameworks like NVIDIA NeMo, CrewAI, and LangGraph.

- Define secure AI adoption patternssandbox to productionensuring data isolation, controlled model access, and identity-centric execution.

3. Security-Aligned Architecture :

- Embed security thinking deeply into architecture design, with strong alignment to SIEM, CNAPP, Runtime Security, and zero-trust principles.

4. Solution Leadership & Problem Solving :

- Lead complex, cross-domain solutioning for strategic initiatives and internal transformation programs.

- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, scalable, and secure technology solutions.

5. Stakeholder & Executive Engagement :

- Engage credibly with senior management, business leaders, and technology partners.

- Mentor architects and senior engineers, raising the overall architecture maturity of the organization.

Core Skills & Expertise :

- Agentic AI & Emerging Technologies : Strong conceptual and architectural understanding of agentic AI platforms and secure AI adoption models.

- Identity and Access Management : Hands-on experience in designing and governing IDAM tools (Microsoft MIM, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, SailPoint).

- Multi-Cloud Architecture : Deep expertise across major cloud platforms with strong grounding in hybrid and enterprise integration patterns.

- Security-First Mindset : Practical alignment with SIEM, CNAPP, cloud security, and policy-driven controls.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Certifications :

- Cloud Architecture : AWS, Azure, or GCP Professional / Architect-level certifications.

- Enterprise Architecture : TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks (desirable).

- AI / Emerging Tech : Certifications from leading AI providers like Microsoft, NVIDIA, Google, AWS, OpenAI.
