Role Overview : Network Lead Network and Telecom

This position requires technical leadership of Network and Telecom Operations. Manage round the clock Engineering and Operations portfolio, front end business, internal and customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy :

- Build Architecture Reference framework, contemporary solution with focus on consolidation of tools for technology stacks.

- Share and implement industrys best practices, review the policies and procedures, create Technology roadmap.

- Conduct periodic review of current Architecture & contribute towards transformation journey.

- Manage, Re-Engineer existing Architecture, Solutions (in areas of LAN, WIFI, Network Security, VPN Tunnels, Zero Trust Network, Multi Cloud Network and Security, WAN, Telecom Links, Network Services, Tools, Observability) as per business requirements.

Automation, Orchestration, and Agentic AI NetOps :

- Automate repetitive tasks, design orchestration workflows and integrate with Ticketing tool.

- Transform WAN into AI driven Software Defined network with automated anomaly detection based on patterns.

- Drive near to Zero Touch Provisioning of LAN, WIFI infrastructure. Leverage CI/CD pipeline to push configurations and validate pre/post checks.

- Contribute to Agentic AI requirements for predictive Event Management plus Correlation and reduce fatigue alerts.

Operations and Services Management :

- Build, manage Agentic AI Netops for Initial triage, faster autonomous proactive network monitoring, root-cause analysis, and automate dynamic topology map creation.

- Participate/Drive P1s, and P2s Incident Management Calls for quicker resolution.

- Liaison with cross functional teams, Cyber Security Team, Service Delivery, Commercials, Procurement & Finance Teams, External Clients.

- Review, Approve the Changes basis CAB Process and ensure Changes brings stabilization. Ensure the Problem Records has Quality Standard and accordingly approve RCAs.

- Manage internal team members and external resources of Managed Services Partner.

- Perform changes on Multi Cloud Network Fabric as and when needed.

Security Audit, Risk and Compliance :

- Ensure Risk and Compliance, Devices Hardening, Patching, Vulnerabilities, Threats/risks surface gets mitigated to upkeep 99 100% security score regularly.

- Ensure Audit requirements are met regularly in terms of closing gaps pertaining to policies and procedures.

- Automate centralized bug, CVE tracking, End of Software, Hardware Support milestones.

- Ensure automation works regularly for configuration drift detection and scheduler-based change-control to push corrections on LAN, WIFI Access Points.

Education, Experience and Certifications :

- BSc/BE/BTech/Diploma in Engineering (with additional 2 3 years of exp).

- 18 21 Years of Technical Experience in Network, Network Security and Telecom with management mindset.

- Knowledge of AI Run Time Security, basic hands-on with scripting/Ansible, infra as a Code, CI/CD pipeline.

- CCNP, PCNSE, Cloud Network or Security Certification (Preferred but not mandatory).
